Bison soup bones are meaty with joints which means protein + collagen = goodness! Our soup bones are cut about 2" thick to make for easy cooking. Add a package of knuckle bones, a pack of tendons and some time in the pot and you've got amazing bone broth!

These make wonderful raw meaty bones or recreational with lots of meat still on the bone
